php 读取excel时。编码转换问题
请教excel 的编码问题
excel中存在 西班牙语，中文，英语，俄语 阿拉伯语，等多种语言 php 读取时基本正常显示，就是西班牙语，法语的 Groupe électrogène marins 这种单词的红色字符会出现乱码。编码正确，请教高手指教
