apache安装好了，怎样安装php？

最近在折腾Debian5，环境一直没成功，晕死。。。

注意：我不是apt-get install apache2这样安装的。

我是下载软件包，编译安装。
./configure -enable-headers -enable-info -enable-rewrite -enable-so -prefix=/usr/local/apache
make
make install

现在apache已经启动，并且可以运行静态网页，请问要怎样安装才能运行php程序？


PS：不要发一些随便搜的链接，我试了网上n个教程，都不行，无语啊。
