摘要] 目的：探讨外科急腹症的临床观察和治疗方法。总结外壳急腹症的病情观察与护理要点。严密观察急性腹痛患者腹痛情况以及常见的伴随症状.相关的腹痛体征变化。鉴别是否为外科急腹症，提供诊断依据，使患者得到及时抢救治疗；慎用止痛剂，对诊断未明确者禁用吗啡等强力镇痛剂；重视术前术后护理及整体护理，尤其是时候护理，给予半卧位及早期下床活动，积极预防并发症，达到满意的护理要求。
